Personalised Yoga for Your Body and Mind

Everybody is different — and so is every yoga journey. My Individualised Yoga Coaching sessions are designed to meet you where you are, offering tailored support that fits your lifestyle, goals, and wellbeing needs.

Whether you’re looking to ease tension, improve mobility, build strength, support recovery, or simply find more balance in your daily life, these one-to-one sessions give you space to explore yoga in a way that feels personal and sustainable.

 

Together, we’ll use movement, stretching, breathwork, strength work and mindful awareness practices to create a yoga experience that’s uniquely yours.  In addition, we can integrate sound healing and Yoga Nidra meditation to assist in deep meaningful relaxation.

 

Why Individual Yoga Coaching?

If you’re needing a one off or a series of sessions to assist in your development there are a number of reasons to use this approach:

- Returning from injury or surgery (within safe, yoga-based movement)

- Needing more specialist assistance such as very poor balance and may not have the confidence to undertake poses alone

- Wanting to significantly develop aspects of your yoga practice

- New to yoga and want to understand how to relax and stretch in poses

 

Please note: “Individualised Yoga Coaching” refers to personalised yoga teaching and support. These sessions are grounded in yoga practice and are not offered as formal life or business coaching.

 

You can purchase the sessions online either as single sessions in blocks of 1, 4 and 8 sessions.
