Hi, I’m Philip.
My teaching is centred on you as an individual. Whether you are completely new to yoga or returning with experience, and whether you are looking for something gentle or want to focus more on your fitness, there is a class to support you. I offer calm, intelligent guidance to help you move, breathe, and relax in ways that truly support your body and mind.
Yoga doesn’t need to be complicated. With the right approach it can reduce stress, ease pain, improve strength and mobility, and help you feel more balanced in everyday life. Sessions are always adapted so you feel safe, confident, and well supported.

Join me in my purpose-built yoga space at Wellingore Hall, just 10 miles south of Lincoln. With peaceful views across the gardens and parkland, it is a place to step away from daily pressures, slow down, and reconnect in calm, beautiful surroundings.
