My approach to teaching yoga is all about supporting you as an individual—whether you’re just starting out or already have experience. Together, we can gently deepen your practice over time so you feel the real benefits. If you have specific needs or challenges, I’ll create a supportive programme for you, adapting postures to suit your body and help you feel your best.

- Blended classes and workshops using various types of yoga, meditation, relaxation techniques and sound therapy to suit your requirements
- Programmes to develop and improve you or help you recover from injuries
- Classes and workshops for people who want to develop their practice
- Special events related to yoga to broaden your experience or provide more in depth training
