Our retreats, workshops, and special events are designed to support physical wellbeing, mental clarity, and deep restoration through thoughtful, inclusive yoga practices. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, each offering provides a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and explore movement, breath, and stillness in a meaningful way.

All workshops are delivered by Philip Burgess (unless specifically stated otherwise) and are suitable for a wide range of abilities, with clear guidance and options offered throughout. Full-day workshops include a break for lunch, and all events are held in a supportive, unhurried environment where your wellbeing is the priority.
