The Yoga for Golfers programme is a structured, golf-specific movement system focused on developing flexibility, mobility, balance, and body awareness, to support how you move on the course—without intentionally altering swing technique.
It is designed for golfers of all abilities who are interested in supporting physical resilience, exploring more efficient movement, and maintaining enjoyment of the game over time.
This programme bridges the gap between traditional yoga practices and the real physical demands of golf, focusing on movement qualities that matter during play.
The 12-week programme is currently under development and is expected to be ready for trial from February 2026.
